A girl and her dog one evening in Cochrane

I met up with Terra and Mackenzie and their incredibly adorable daughter Josephine one beautiful evening in Cochrane. This little family was so easy to photograph and fun to hang out with. Needless to say, Josephine’s little pony on the top of her head melted my heart with it’s over-the-top-cuteness. Their dog Rico was also so fun to include in the photos. I especially loved it when Josephine picked up Rico’s leash and started walking him towards her parents through the tall grass. These two clearly have a special bond.

I loved how little Josephine wanted to be in her parent’s arms so often and was at her most relaxed and comfortable snuggling with them. Those are the moments that they will all look back on with great fondness. I’m so happy to have been there to capture that connection.
