Photographing Contemporary Office Interiors in Calgary

Contemporary Office Interiors in Calgary approached me to photograph their recently renovated office and showroom as well as do portraits of most of their staff. As a design firm, they do more than sell furniture. They produce workspaces and work areas specifically designed to fit the unique culture of their clients. This thoughtful design extends from the individual workstations to the frequency and size of breakout areas for staff to gather and share ideas.

Herman Miller. Eames. Just saying these words brings to mind elegance and timeless style. Let’s just say that after seeing the timeless furniture provided by Contemporary Office Interiors, I wanted to go home and redecorate my entire house to incorporate their classic items. I also loved how the bold colours energize the space.

We decided to keep all the portraits of the staff unique and in different areas of the office space, which would better reflect their creativity and be more visually engaging to the viewer. I hope you enjoy all the beautiful furniture and bold colours. My long term goal is to have dining room chairs that are bright and fun, just like the staff kitchen here.
