A wedding session for Ariel and Patrick

I had the pleasure of photographing a wedding portrait session for Ariel and Patrick on their wedding day. They planned an intimate family-only ceremony in Ariel’s parent’s backyard and although they wanted to keep their day as low-key as possible they still chose to take some time to get some photos taken. These two were so sweet together.

We met in Fish Creek Park in Calgary for their wedding photos and I couldn’t be more pleased with how easy this couple was to photograph in such a beautiful setting. The summer of 2016 was one of the rainiest summers on record, which made many brides nervous I am sure, but the result was one of the greenest summers I can remember.

Congratulations Ariel and Patrick, I wish you all the best in your married life together.
